Exclusions include:

Replacements without prior authorization from us; issuance of a claim
authorization number and pre-existing defects evident at time of purchase.
Replacement required due to a collision with another vehicle, stationary
object or the vehicle overturns. Altered or customized vehicles beyond
factory specifications included but not limited to after market privacy and
tinting applications, decorations, or signage. Loss of use of vehicle,
rental car expenses or other incidental or consequential damages. Loss due
to war, nuclear event, or terrorism.
